Everything except Limburger... Love the commercial at Christmas time where the father enters the living room Christmas morning, and a new Vette, among other lavish gifts, are strewn everywhere...He comments WOw, must have been some milk & cookies, and the little girl says, "I didn't give him milk & cookies, I gave him cheese"... Kills me every time...

I rather like rockfort, although I can't spell it.
A good crumbly cheddar is versatile and delicious, but there are so many cheeses that can be served in so many different ways. Sharp stilton with sweet port? Baked brie with crusty bread for dipping? Damn, I'm hungry.

I don't really like cheese too much, the only kind I can tolerate un-melted is Jack cheese.
