Yes, any exchange of body fluid can spread HIV. This will be enhanced if the baby has any cuts or scratches in its mouth or on its face etc which gives HIV direct access to the blood stream. It can also enter via milk being rubbed into the eye.

yup! it does transmit to baby during the breast feeding.... coz HIV ie Human immuno virus can spread through any body fluids...
