hit the gym and start working out. you will also need to eat properly, many meals through out the day, lots of protien. There are some great workouts/diet plans on www.bodybuilding.com and everything you need to create your own.

nymphetam gave you a perfect answer,bodybuilding.com is a great site.About all I can add is to tell you to train heavy, make sure you rest long enough between sets to lift heavy and do the exercises that will let you lift the most weight. For example, squats will build size and streangth better than leg extentions, always choose the exercise that will let you handle the most weight.Testoserone nation is also a great site you can look me up on either they call me backer over there.
