ill try and take him tommorow, i dont have money or a car, i dont know wat to do. can you please give me your opinion? please i feel terible, my cat is 13 years old and i have been doing every thing i can, im not being cruel and nelegent, please, it would confort me more if i knew wat was wrong, i think some thing might be wrong with his spine(nervous system). he stumples and can not fully strech his legs, wats wrong wat can i do?

the dialated eyes usually indicates a neurological problem, maybe that is why he is stumbling, and does not have good control of his legs. Try to keep him as comfortable as possible until you can get him to the vet, but you should take him AS SOON as you can. Good Luck.

sounds like a neurological issue combined with age, he may be struggling to survive his last few days on earth. taking him to the vet is a good thing.. keep your appointment.
