"Absolutely fantastic!' means there's no doubt about it.
You can't place 'very' before 'fantastic' because 'very' makes something more than it is..and there's nothing better than 'fantastic'.
It's a tough question, but 'fantastic' is subjective rather than objective..meaning it's your opinion rather than proven truth.

Fantastic is a word like dead or pregnant. You are or you aren't. As opposed to dirty, rich or hungry. You can be a varying degree of any of those. Personally, I claim that absolutely fantastic is wrong too.

Lol to angel. English is not the most difficult language to learn. Difficulty is a relative term and people with different background languages would find different languages more difficult or easier to learn. Furthermore, evety language has slangs, idioms, different collocations, etc. Duh! You're too stuck with yourself I think. Try to learn different languages and broaden your horizon, you seem to really need it badly.
And I know I haven't given an answer to the question but I couldn't help but say this!

'absolutely' is just a word some people like to use, meaning "in the highest degree". And I don't mind it!
