Generally, women wear the hijab incorporated into regular modern clothes. Few women wear a veil covering their face, and most of the time they are foreign (from Iraq or Saudi Arabia). Most women just wear long jeans, long shirt, etc... and just add the hijab. There is also a significant Christian population, so even not wearing the hijab is pretty common.

try to wear some thing that can cover Ur body i don't mean by the dress how Muslim do but full cloths so u can save Ur body from dirty peoples eyes

In the day time full dress, half dress and some real conservatives wear purdah also. but at night young women wear almost nothing while sleeping with their partner.
