Just do running for 3kms atleast 5 times a week. Cut down on sweets and stuff with high carbs like potatoes. Eats lots of veggies.

Typical lazy American, is my guess. There is no EASY way to lose weight. There is no special magic pill or powder you can take, and starving yourself doesn't work either. Limit your calorie intake, eat lots of white meat, fruits, and vegetables, drink tons of water, and do about 45 minutes of cardio (running, rowing, stairs, cycling, etc.) and about 15 minutes of weights about 3-4 times a week. Sorry, but that is the only tried and true way to lose weight, and if you actually care about losing weight, that's what you have to do.

You must expend 3500 calories to lose one pound (or reduce intake by this much). Take your weight, divide by 2.2. This equals your kilogram weight. Multiply this number by 30-35 to get your total daily calorie requirement. Try to make sure you get this appropriate amount of calories, but increase calorie expenditure by 500/day (running, biking, dancing or whatever you like). That way you will lose a pound/week. In two months you wil reach your goal. Remember, you are still a teen who is growing. If you are overweight, try to get within a healthy weight range. But don't go overboard. You are still growing and you don't want to risk health problems (like stunted growth, menstrual issues for girls, lack of concentration, or skin problems) as a result of poor nutrition so please make sure to follow a balanced diet with appropriate calorie intake.

depends on your weight for 15 yr old im sure you dont need to loose weight but if you want to eat breakfast lunch and dinner but you can eat oatmeal for breakfast or eggs just dont eat the yoke and eat fruite or salads for lunches and for dinner eat something like skinless chicken dont eat fast foods and for snacks eat ur fruites yogurt healthy foods that do not have alot of calories they have those 100 caroleries cookies those are good to eat for a snack.
but i sugest you go to kraftfoods.com they will tell you how much calories you will need to loose the weight you want and give you meal and snack choice according to your calories. good luck.
PS: DO NOT FORGET TO EXCERSISE do like walk15 minutes on a tred mill or walk around the block after lunch and dinner.

take up a sport, swimming is great! excersing will keep you from eating.get a friend or parent to jog or ride bikes with you.its good to have a friend join you!if you need a snack, celery and peanut butter or carrots and veggi dip.chose a low calorie food and add them to your diet eat as much as you want, fruit, nuts as a snack!

Sign for martial arts or dancing classes(preferably Latin). Couple of hours of intense workout a day will work like a charm.
