No, I do not agree. The Bible is filled with paradox's which appears contradictory. It takes wisdom to perceive the paradox. This is why scripture tells us man's wisdom is foolishness to God. So, I am thankful you cannot perceive the mysteries which I have glimpsed at and believe in.
Jesus Christ only lived 33 years, never went more than 30 miles from his home, never wrote a book, never was on tv, never made a cd or any multimedia source and YET
-- Jesus Christ has influenced the world more than any person;
-- Jesus Christ's existence separates history (ac or bc);
-- Jesus Christ has more books written about him than any person in history;
-- Jesus Christ is the Ruler of the largest religion in the world;
-- Jesus Christ had 11 apostles and numerous martyrs die excruciating deaths believing in the Messiah, the Son of God;
-- Jesus Christ as the promised messiah fulfilled over 300 prophesies in the Old Testament. Just fulfilling 50 makes the odds of doing so 10X135 power, an astronomical number. No human being has ever fulfilled so many prophesies about them, not even Moses!
In short, Jesus Christ has accomplished things NO OTHER HUMAN BEING HAS DONE in the entire history of mankind. If anyone thinks Jesus Christ is JUST A GOOD TEACHER they are very unrealistic by making such a huge understatement.

Humans are logical...since when? Your question, and your position, is not logical.
Which part of the Bible was influenced by the devil? Which of the events described in the Bible are "fairtales (sic)?"
And...if men like Voltaire and Pascal couldn't discredit the Bible, what makes you believe that you can?

If the devil influenced the writing of the bible....then WHO are the believers and WHO are the non-believers?
Is the bible all stories and nothing more? Is this a "brain explosion" question?
I guess we could assume that Santa Claus is the "real deal", and Jesus Christ is just an excuse we use to justify our needs to shop and wrap and bake and celebrate a holiday???
I think I like you yoda....but not enough to buy the entire concept of what you've implied here. (Good point though).

I have to tell you, Yoda, this isn't really your best work. I much preferred that thing about "Do or not do, no try." Or was that Mr. Miyage?
Anyway this devil in the bible-patch thing isn't gonna catch on, however if you feel moved to help people reach a more perfect understanding of God, then knock yourself out. Not literally. I mean go for it. Do or not do, no question.
But remember one thing, wise one: don't give advice to people who didn't ask for advice. You asked, so I told.
Now, go...feel the force, be the force.

There that dirty devil goes again...Why do you give him so much credit? You think humans can't think ? Some stories in scripture are a bit overboard and much like any book , has a hero/heroine.We are walking out.. I've had all the cranky Christians I can take...

Disagree. I believe in God...but not a devil. It is just too animated to believe. I don't think its the Bible that is making non-believers but all these bogus preachers...especially the ones on t.v. that beg for your money.
