with my arms when i TRY to dance . i've never had the nerve but when i'm drinking i want to.i have rythym and can move but always been too shy please help

What you need to remember is that the "personality" in you that comes out when you drink is still in there when you are sober. It would be a shame for you to reinforce the thought that you need to be drunk to have fun. Just be confident, start slowly, but let your colors fly and your personality shine through. i've passed trough that phase. i personally did the mistake to drink too much and always got sick in the end and also looking like a fool.
by time you will realise that you dnt need to drink. but for now if it makes u happy just drink till ur just in the right mood... theres nothing bad untill you keep in control.

Don't let drunkenness decide what you will act or do...Don't let the alcoholic drinks takes YOU as a PERSON...just be yourself...!!..How would you overcome your shynness..??..just capitalize your pluses...i mean ur assets as a person, not your liabilities ( virtues not vices)...u know what i mean...
