No way to know for sure if she is going to have a normal pregnancy or litter of healthy kittens.
She may have cat leukemia and the pregnancies are very difficult on her. Best to take her to your vet and run some blood tests.
Let the vet know the cat's history so he/she can determine a course of action. Sorry, good luck.

NO COW'S MILK or ANY HUMAN FOOD for kitty WHAT-SO-EVER!
Your cat knows what's happening to her. She will take care if her kittens when they get here. She also knows if they won't make it so she will either eat them, let them die, abandon them etc...it's their nature!
Just offer her CAT FOOD and lots of water! Keep her box clean everyday and keep her inside (don't want the chance of her getting hurt or running away, that would be very sad)
Does she have a special place where she likes to sleep? A blanket she likes? Offer her a nice, warm, comfy bed and see if she likes it. Don't pester her, that will just make her uncomfortable. All you can do is offer her, her food and water, clean box, warm bed and LOTS of love. If all else fails, call a vet for more info on what to do!

How long has it been since your cat first pregnancy and the second? If it's too close, it's possible that she would be too weak to survive the second pregnancy. She doesn't show the signs of the healthy kitten, you should go to a vet.

No, fowl wings are actually not undesirable for cats. even nonetheless. It relies upon to three volume on how they have been served. uncooked is sweet. Baked or boiled is wonderful too. yet whilst they have been fried or if any seasonings have been extra, it rather is undesirable. On genuine of that, i'm not familiar with the phosphorus to calcium ratio and different information on fowl wings, yet i've got self assurance they are actually not likely to grant an entire and balanced meal by potential of themselves. they seem to be a solid determination (like fowl necks) for dental wellness. that's why i discover it not common to have self assurance that your cat developed a considerable case of tartar in basically some months. If something, it would desire to have helped ward off that. i've got self assurance the tartar became into already there and you have in simple terms now stumbled on it. in case you have been in line with dry nutrition to maintain his tooth sparkling, you have been led off beam. My advice to you is after his surgical treatment, be constructive to take suitable care of his tooth.

Oh my, you are deffinatly an irresponciable cat owner. why the hell didn't you get her spayed after the first litter? you should have gotten her spayed BEFORE her first litter. when will the idiots ever learn. poor kitty.
and why the hell are you giving the poor cat milk. CATS ARE LACTOSE INTOLLERANT!!
Get that cat to the vet! and get her spayed so she doesn't have to go through this again, and please keep her inside if you love her, though you do seem to show lots of signs that you really don't care much about her.

There's something wrong with her. I'd advise you to take her to the vet, as soon as possible. I have the feeling your vet may recommend an abortion ... followed by spaying. Take the vets advice if he/she recommends abortion/spaying. You may lose your cat, if you don't heed a vet's recommendations.
BTW: Don't feed a cat milk ... cats are lactose intolerant. If they need extra nutrients, a cat milk can be purchased ... it's made by "Whiskas".
