If you really like this guy then you're gonna have to step up and accept a little or a lot of expense. Take a sledge hammer and pound the back panel of your car on one side of the other. Ring the police and report that someone slammed into the side of your car and drove away, seeming as you have his registration, then you must know what his car looks like. Describe the car to them and tell them his rego. Inevitabley you will have to be in contact with him sometime. When you do talk to him, tell him you were mistaken and someone else must have hit your car but you thought it was him. Apologise profusly and sexily and insist you take him out for dinner for all the trouble you caused. It's up to you from there, go get that tiger. p.s. don't make any mistakes and let on that you orchastrated the scenario, he will then think you are strange.

If you just met a guy, how did you get his car registration? Do you mean his license plate number?

Do it the old fashion way: write him a letter! Perhaps, even write him a "secret admirer" letter.
You have his registration, therefore, you have his address.

do your really like the guy to go that far? he should have gotten your number if he is interested... lesson learned!!! the next time you bumped into a guy you know you'll take a video or a pic and get his cell number.
