That's what my prophet said.

Ummmm...no, I don't believe what ever gets you through the night is all right, and my guess is that you don't either. I have read many of your views and you don't seem to be a person who is willing to just do what ever it takes to get through the night. Your prophet? Which prophet is this? I see you were a bit busy during the night - until the early morning hours - something on your mind that is not letting you sleep?

What about meditation/praying? What about writing? What about waking your wife and telling her you really need to talk if there is something bothering you. Or climb into bed and ask her to hold you. Sometimes just lying next to someone you love with their arms around you can have a very soothing affect and helps you to get through the night.

I hope you are feeling better today. Write it out. That always helps me. You can start a daily diary and mail it to a friend once a week. That is something that I have been doing.

Good luck to you in what ever you are dealing with.

The next time you are having problems getting through the night -why don't you pray and ask for gods help?

this questions reminds me of the movie 28 days, where the heroine is talking to someone (can't remember) and is asking him why the other people can't understand that she needs drugs to get by, and that if they knew how she felt without drugs they would let her do whatever she needed to be happy.

Heroin and religion are both seriously damaging.
