People always say when people die "It was their time, god chose from them to join him" and at the same time people say the murderer sinned and he needs to ask forgiveness from god.

haha, have you ever heard of anybody getting murdered and then someone says "it was their time", i know i havent. And if you have, that person needs to be looked at as a suspect in the crime.

Ultimately, God is in control of all things, it's true. This question dives into what the will of God is. There are two elements to look at.

First is God's absolute will. God's absolute will is the factors that God states will definitely happen. For instance, Christ says to the apostles that he would die and raise again. There was nothing in the world that could stop it. No matter what was done, it would happen just as God planned for it to happen.

Second is God's permissive will. God decrees some things absolutely, but not all things. Some things he permits to happen because he has given humans free will. God does still have absolute control over these things, but allows things to happen due to human choice. So it could be God's time for someone to die, but the responsibility would still lie with the murderer. God did not force the murderer to kill the person, they chose that with their own free will. God could have decided that a man would die and cause them to die from a stroke or heart attack, but the murderer chose to fill the role of their killer. God did not force the murderer to kill, the murderer did that themselves.

God doesn't do the choosing. Our sin does the choosing. God allows things to happen, so He will get the glory for what happened. Something good will come of the murder.

We murder people with our tongues every day.

We are a very vengeful society. We may believe that God meant for this to happen and that it was just the victim's time to go. However, that doesn't mean we're not still hurting or angry or bitter...we can't necessarily punish God for taking away our beloved friend or relative but we can certainly punish the person(s) who was/were "at fault" for "causing" that person's death.

God doesnt exist. god is a human construction that enables the population to have a constant father figure watching over them and approving their actions.
Murderers are people who have no fear of the consequences of their actions. god is not involved in any way.

I blame the one who killed, because they acted like they were God. Who are they to kill?

No, no longer all of us unmarried crew will be blamed. Jesus stated that no you probable can take his life from him, he laid it down himself voluntarily. It became because of my sin he died, and your sin, and Adolph Hitler's sin etc. devoid of His sacrifice, we would all be doomed to die in our sins and all human beings would serve an same destiny because the devil-- the Lake of fireplace.
