a whole wheat sandwich with any stuffing of ur choice, an apple and milk.
here are some healthy suggestions for the stuffing:
1. tuna and mayo
2. leftover chicken/turkey
3. sliced tomatoes, a trickle of olive oil and sprinkled basil
4. a classic peantu butter and jelly
opting for whole wheat bread (instead of white bread) is a helathier option. it fills u up for a longet time too as it contains complex carbs (not simple carbs which are digested quickly)
the apple is a good source of essential vitamins and fibres which give u a feeling of fulness for a long period of time, cleanse ur system and remove tonxins .
drink a glass of milk (preferably soy) for ur daily dose of proteins.
optional:
munch on a handful of nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts) on ur way to work. they are rich in essential fatty acids, very good for skin and hair and also fill up ur stomach.
this breakfast is cheap, easy and extremely FILLING.
enjoy ur breakfast!

Hit the Walmart frozen dinner isle hundreds of choices for around $2 some even a dollar! But a quick tasty easy meal is not as hard as you think you can do it! A George Foreman grill or similar grill is a must for someone like you. If you don'tt have that then you can do the same simple things in a skillet. Always keep a bag of potatoes for baking that's quick and easy, keep some toppings like sour cream or cheese, bacon bits, butter etc..It's like a whole meal! I bag of frozen chicken breast fillets are about $8 bucks & have around 12 in ther. That will be 12 meals. They are so convenient quick and tasty.. Just need some soy sauce, butter and a skillet. Grab one or 2 thaw them in some water, not microwave! makes them tough. Or lay a couple in the frig side for a few days. Anyway just rub with soy sauce, heat skillet to med high. put a spoon of margarine or butter in, make sure its sizzling, lay the breast in there, Cook about 5 minutes per side. Serve with baked potato. You can do pork chops or even fish like this.. You'd be surprised what you can find at the dollar store for a buck or so. Rice, noodles, seasonings, spaghetti and sauce, beans go check it out! You can probably get by on about $250 a month if you eat simple and dont eat out. Buy hamburger in a big tube freeze little packages, about 1 lb a ziploc's. make burgers or hamburger steak or spaghetti or even cook come in ramen noodles, that's filling in you put a little meat in it.!

I find 2 slices of bacon folded in a slice of bread a very filling and easy breakfast. I usually cook the whole package of bacon at once to save on time and clean up, and then I microwave the slices for a few seconds before eating them each morning.
Since you'd like eggs, have you thought of making a breakfast burrito? You can fix up a whole pan of the filling (eggs, sausage, onions, peppers, etc.) ahead of time and eat it for a few days. I have a friend who does that for her husband. She makes a whole bunch of it at once and packages it up in the freezer for him. He just takes out what he needs and microwaves it. I've never tried it, but she says it works great for them and he loves it.

Zone bars. They're really good and have enough protein in them to fill you up more than an average breakfast bar.

grilled cheese sandwich..omelette, with cheese, ham, already cooked bacon or sausage etc made in a quart size zip lock bag.mix well .squish all air out, place bag in boiling water cook 13 min. egg will roll out onto plate, therefore no pan cleanup and can be served on a paper plate, so a fork is all that needs to be washed.enjoy.
