Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are
temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I bought this inexpensive small tub of hair-removing cream in Thailand and the hair on my arms re-grew finer and lighter.Find something similar at your local chemist's or Boots, and make sure your application time is half-an-hour(test for allergies first!)
But to remove hair permanently you need laser treatment, dear.

Blow torch. No question. Stings a bit, and I'm told it takes a certain degree of resolve, but it definitely works.
