Honestly I would ask the dentist. I used to do the grinding all the time when I was young but mostly grew out of it. Mostly it was because I was nervous about something or I was being stressed out. Never have I broken or chipped a tooth though.

that's amazingly well-known for little ones to grind their teeth. regularly cases even as kids are available for an exam, they have floor their the front teeth right down to close to the gumline. they are going to outgrow it finally. It usually isn't some thing that I difficulty about even even as moms and dads say they could listen the grinding each and every of ways in the course of the homestead.

my mom tells me that i used to teeth a lot because my teeth felt "itchy." have the toddler chew on something rubber and hard, like a rubber rattle or rubber animal. also, train it to eat munchy fruits and vegetables, such as celery, apples, carrots, etc. be sure that it drinks a lot of milk, as milk makes the teeth healthy and strong.

I would ask a dentist. My dentist told me not to worry about it. My daughter is 6 and still does it.
