No, it is a cell. A specialized cell with only half the necessary genetic material for a human life. And it is not a unicellular organism like a bacterium, either; it cannot reproduce on it's own.

yes how do you think they get to the womens egg or whatever because they swim there and they are like little babies but in the form of a sperm and very small but they are alive.
