I was hoping to use all three. I have them at home. turbo jam seems the most fun but I need to try out core secrets to tone and burn more fat and sustain muscle. Pilates is hard and I figure to do more of those after I lose more weight. I am 24, I plan to do lots of cardio on the elliptical at the gym and do and alternate on the workout dvd's. tell me which ones you've heard of that I listed and which is the best in your opinion. thanks

I've done pilates and I'm currently incorporating Turbo Jam into my workout. I also do the Urban Rebounder (mini trampoline).

I think it's good for your body to have several different fitness routines, as your body won't get stuck in a 'rut' and you plateau. Rotating the three is a great idea!

I just had my second baby 6 weeks ago and I have started using Gunnar Peterson's "Core" workout. (with the ball). It seems pretty fun, and easy (not complicated moves). So you should try that one. But it sounds like you know what you are going for, so good luck and STICK WITH IT!
