It is predicated from their parents and society but if their parents were religious it is still predicated from their parents understanding as common sense of knowing what is right or wrong not from religion nor atheism.

Try human standards.
Morality is not religious except for the really strange things you people try to pass off as morals such as God disapproves of gay people, no beer on Sunday, love God or burn forever......... that sort of thing.
Normal morals such as no theft, hurting people, lying........things like that are universal to all humanity.
What? Did you think God did such a bad job with the universe that people couldn't figure out right from wrong without instructions ..... I believe that was what your bible said self-awareness is for. You know, the metaphor of Adam and Eve becoming self-aware (knowing they were naked and knowing right from wrong like God) from eating the fruit.
