While he doesn't seem as antagonistic as some of the other cloners here it would certainly be according to the rules to report him or her. Maybe you could write them and ask them to call off their joke or something like that instead. Tell them that you appreciate their humor but would appreciate it even more if they put a stop to it now that their joke has become known. After all, as it is written.
