hudson is in wisconsin just across the st. croix river from the twin cities metropolitan area...its a small town so it should be pretty easy to find.

Uhhhh....isn't the whole state pretty much Scandinavian? Just go down the street to the local market.

I'm not so sure the Scandinavians had a diverse "market." You may want to just look for a cookbook.
