Take blood from the mother. send blood to specialised haematology lab that has a cell sorter. Have them sort out the foetal cells using cell surface markers and flow cytometry. The yield will be extremely low. Culture these cells or use Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to enhance the amount of DNA. Do DNA analysis and compare to the suspected father's DNA. This process should take about a week or two, would be very expensive and success would not be guaranteed.
