I have three bumbs on my head. One of these bumps I have had for many years, but recently ( in the last 2 months) it has grown very large. The other two are growing as well. (the new ones surfaced about 3 months ago) I am worried about them. I do not have insurance and am afriad to go to the doctor if they are a common occurance. Does anyone have any insight or answers. If you know anything I would like to hear from you. Thanks

there are all sorts of lumps you can get on your head. probably you have sebaceous cysts which can get very large. they are very easy to remove when they are small but can get too big to do so.
they are blocked hair follicles and if its them, they feel a bit squishy and you can move them around a bit. they are harmless. lots of people have them.
obviously i cant be sure cos i havent seen them but thats what they sound like to me

First of all, I don't know if I can help you, but I am willing to give it a try. Well I am 36 years old & I have a bump on the back of my head as do my siblings & my Dr. said it is nothing to worry about , but recently my brother was told by his Dr. that it may be linked to the migraines he & I both have. If you would like you may e-mail me at debra_lynn45135@yahoo.com . Hope I can help, Take care

I was going to be clever and say that everyone has bumps on their heads(phrenology, the reading of bumps on a persons head)but I wont.
Go to the Doctor and get it checked out,he wont laugh at you and it will be nothing they wont have seen before, you need peace of mind my Friend so check out those warning signs, it may be nothing.

They could be cysts and you need to get them checked....if they are a cancer, you will regret ignoring them for the sake of a few $ initially.

Why not buy insurance and then see your doc 6 months later.

If not, then two are your ears and the one that keeps growing is your nose.

Years ago I had bumps on my head which turned out to be sebaceous cysts - I got them removed and they have not come back.
