I like a nice steak myself, but I suppose it's possible that killing animals would be considered wrong someday. Abortion is something that could go either way, as the birthrate declines every fetus will become more valued by society. It's possible abortion could be just about priced out of existence by wealthy non-fertile couples who make big $ offers on adoption.

The cruel thing to do with a sheep is not shear it, because then it gets very uncomfortable in the heat. IMO things become morally repugnant as their utility declines. For example slavery fell out of fashion about the same time as the cotton gin etc. made it less beneficial economically. For that reason I think animal experimentation may fall out of fashion as alternatives become technically feasible. It's not as if researchers enjoy cleaning cages.

Right now, tolerance is being crammed down everyones throat! Everything that is morally wrong is being made right. This is one prophecy of the Bible, for the end of days as we know it. With all this tolerance stuff, and at the same time, contradiction layered over contradiction, in 100 years we will have destroyed ourselves. Hope fully Jesus is coming back soon. At the rate society is going, nothing will be considered morally sick in one hundred years.

My guess it would be drinking alcohol. I'm not hoping for it, but it makes sense to me.

Personally I hope that TV-shows like American Idol will be seen as morally sick in a 100 years. Or sooner.

you're marvelous different than for the incontrovertible fact that if there replace into no God (it extremely is fortuitously impossible) there could be no morals, there might in easy terms be possibilities. you will discover that needless to say with situation of abortion the place some human beings say that murdering a baby in that's mom's womb is quite ethical and ok. the human beings who communicate approximately instincts and social regulations being adequate without God don't comprehend that we in easy terms have issues like intuition, acculturation, and socialization simply by fact God designed us to have those issues.

if all goes well, organized religion.

smoking. discrimination against gays.

though, for the most part, things thought of as sick before are becoming more accepted. kind of a contradiction...our morals are growing stronger and we are becoming more accepting at the same time.

A law professor at Harvard recently argued this about abortion. She compared it to alcoholism once being socially acceptable, but not now.

I think that this will happen to some things, but mostly the opposite will be occuring, where immoral things become acceptable.

In 100 years this system of things will no longer exist. Jesus will be ruling over mankind bringing them back to perfection and restoring this earth. Wickedness according to God's standards will no longer exist.
