1. Change your number of meals a day to 6 - 3 full meals, 3 snack meals (i.e. protein shake, or high carb bar). Make sure you have a BIG meal within an hour after your workout, in order to optimally absorp the nutrients and vitamins.
2. Weight training - 5 days a week, focusing on one muslce group a day (Arms, Chest, LEGS, Shoulders, Back). Alternate the type of weight training every week (one week explosive, hard workout; week two "Negatives" three sets of slow, long reps until you can't lift anymore. This way, you still have some sort of balance of cardio and rapid muscle development.
3. Stretch - Streching prevents you from looking stalky when you build up. It also minimalizes chances of injury.
4. Supplements - some helpful supplements are available at GNC or MuscleMax, or even online. My suggestion is MHP's "Anadrox Pump n' Burn" ..as for protein shakes I highly recommend Isopure.
All of these in combination should get you a good 15-25 lb gain in around 3 months or so, depending on how your body reacts to it all. Also, in order to push yourself hard, find a workout buddy or a personal trainer.

I think the weight training thing is helpful but also eat like 5 times a day and a lot of protein and starch.. I know a girl that also drank ensure ( i think it is called) and this helped keep weight on or she also added a protien shake too. Good luck.

ok eat food that increases ur mobilism rate...i can suggest eat soem vitamin pills that doctors suggest maybe u can gain weight with the help of the pills.....i knoe one feefoil...........get medical attension on such matters...all the best
