eat a big salad before every meal or make sure half of your plate is vegetables.
drink 8 glasses of water a day, more if you begin to exercise.

Dear cut on ur carbohydrates intake, avoid sweets nd oily food. Have lots of raw salad and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water, and if u cant do exercise or yoga make walks a regular practice.If u can start eating sprouts. It fills ur tummy nd has no calories. U can add fruits nd salad vegetables, add chat masala to make it tasty.

What is your age now? Where do you live? What is your medical condition?
To begin with you do brisk walking early in the morning. Before starting please do some stretch exercise. Once you are comfortable with the brisk walking, then go in for jogging.
Side by side do "pullups". When you do pull ups, please breath in and see that stomach goes in. This may not be easy in the beginning but you will get it slowly.
The "will power" is within you and you should think positively and motivate yourself to do all the above.

make sure that wake in morning not early but u need walk as perferred.
if u feel hungery eat ur whole one at one,but not overeating,try to keep ur stomach littlle empty,it would help u,
