It is good to see that you have faith in the Lord and acknowledge that he healed those who suffered from illness and other conditions.
Yes, Christ can enter the heart of an atheist, if God gives the atheist the gift of faith.
As for "healing" the homosexual...I stay out of this debate. Why? Because I don't know what to say about it.

I must infer that you believe that homosexuality is something that needs "healing".
One must be in need of "healing" in order to receive the so-called "healing".
Being Gay (or Lesbian or Atheist) falls far short of that criteria. Please refer to the links below.

GOD, gave the people freedom of choice to pick and choose for them selves!
In so far as a true gay person goes, Mind you I said true! If it is a birth defect as seems to be the case, of course they can/will be made whole!
Atheist of course is another situation, that's a choice!
I'm happy I am not the judge, aren't you? GOD! reserves that for himself!

This is not a matter of healing, but of deliverance from a bondage, and yes God can deliver people from any bondage they are in.

God gave us agency (the right to choose). The only way an atheist or homosexual will change is because they want to.

No, he cannont "heal" Athiests or homosexuals, b/c there is nothing wrong with athiests or gay peole, just because we dont belive in your "almighty" god, or because maybe they like other men. so again to restate the answer no jesus cannot heal athiests or gays.
