Have you got any hobbies or interests? If you have something else that mentally interests you then you are distracted from thinking about food. Even if you have a good book that you can get involved in will keep your mind off food and on the story. Learning/making something such as a language, craft/woodwork is great because you can have an achievement to acomplish. :-)

I know what you mean I constantly think of ways to lose weight. I use to think of what I am going to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner before I hit the shower in the morning. I just think of other things I watch the news in the morning -it helps- I play music sometimes cant think of stuff while listening to music. I think about what I'm going to wear stuff like that
