health problem..need loose weight quickly..or else..

Healthy foods, plenty of water and walk for an hour or half an hour 3 times a week, and do some execrise...just cut out the fatty foods and junk foods and fizzing drinks...and take it slowly cos if you lose to quick you'd put double amount
all back...so good luck with it

Oh my.......i've been wanting to do dat now.if only i could.*sigh...
but ppl would tend to answer exercise...exercise...exercise...and WATCH WHAT U EAT!!
hmm...one bad way is taking slimming pills.i dont recommend you to do that.you wldnt wna take d risk of its side effects or whatsoever.its because its sumthing ure consuming.and ive NEVER tried it before.its not worth the risk.
so..i guess u should forget abt d latter n rethink of d first one.and in my opinion its d best n worthy. ;D
