Yes they are Jewish people who have come to the realization that Jesus is the Messiah, and have accepted his sacrifice.
I call them completed Jews.

its just another name for Evangelical Christianity.

they are ideological 100% the same.

oh and to the person above a "completed Jew" is one that observes the Torah that G-d gave him.
