I want the flattest belly,tight thighs and butt and curves in my waist line so I am going to run a lot during the week and swim too with great nutrition and cal watching. is my goal weight going to be where I want to be or do you think for my height I'll have to go lower?I just turned 24

yes, 128 sounds ideal for your height and build. you're gonna look and feel good. i'm the same height and a petite build, weighing 125, not healthy, but i look healthy. lol

Well it depends on how much body fat you have. It sounds like you have a lot of muscle and with a medium frame, your body fat may be around 25%, which is pretty good. If you want to lose a few pounds, maybe try aiming for 118-120lb and this will put your body fat at around 20%. HTH : )

Based on the types of exercises that you are talking about and what you term as a nutritious eating program, that sounds like a perfect weight and you should still be able to be slim and hard because remember muscle weighs more than fat.
