Try getting some sleep... or listening to some relaxing music. Maybe you need to unwind.

The computer will do that to you.

Or are you talking about keeping your focus during the day? I used to be clumsy, I couldn't finish a sentence, I sometimes couldn't even finish a thought!

You MAY need to check it out. Don't let them give you meds, necessarily. Ask for ways to keep your focus. Focus on God and not "things".

My sister told me something one time. She told me to "Just do it. Don't think about it." because I would always try to weigh the options or try to figure what the outcome would be or OVERTHINK IT!!

I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE!!!!!
Satan tries to keep you in a state of confusion and fear and worry. But I have him defeated, by telling him to 'SHUP UP!'

Oh, well, you get the message. You DO NOT have to take medication to be focused.

Inability to focus is a symptom of ADHD. There are websites with questionnaires that help you determine whether you have ADHD. These websites also have information about the latest treatment options. However, do not just assume that ADHD is the problem.

First off relax. Take a deep breath. Allow every muscle in your body to relax. Let it all go. Clear your mind. Think of something soothing and only think of it for a few minutes. Count to ten and take another deep breath. By now your head should be clear. If all else fails take a break and go for a walk. Come back and try again.

Try relaxing, take it easy, sometimes is hard to focus, like when you are in a boring class or something, but i think you should calm down first, maybe u are too stressed.

Well if this problem just started happening, its not likely that it is ADD or ADHD. Usually that is something that you are born with or develop at a young age, so maybe you are just lacking in vitamans. But if this has been an on going problem, i would definatly see a doctor and get an evaluation to see if you should take meds.
