Take her to the movies or have dinner or sumthing.that way you guys would b able to chat n hv a private talk between each other.
also, dis gives her d cahnce to get to know you.and also for you to get to know her better.

As a self proclaimed King Of Flirting, my approach is to always start off with a joke. When I approach a random girl in a club, I'll say something really outlandish like, "I almost wore the same outfit," or "Could you please stop checking out my ***? It's embarrassing." I always say these jokes while walking, that way, if it's rejected, it doesn't look like I was hitting on her but rather just making a joke. Then I pass by on my way back and say somewhat loudly, "I know you." If she responds, you are in. If not continue to walk by as if it was just a joke.

it depend on how far are you with the girl. If you are more than 10 feet away, look at her eyes and smile, don't make too much smile. she will smile back at you and she will walk up to you. If you are close about 5 feet away. look at her eyes and smile and say you look lovely today.
