As a Medical student here in the US I am going to tell you one thing: There is no way to influence how tall you're going to be without some serious side effects to your health. I'm not going to tell you the one way I know for sure will put height on you as it is illegal and I could potentially get sued. If you figure it out, I am here to tell you that introducing this to your body at your young age might put you at risk for about 150 different health conditions (that's just off the top of my head) that will haunt you for the rest of your life. There are a lot of "snake-oil" type products out there that will claim to make you taller, but they will not do anything other than take money out of your wallet. It's been debated within the medical community for years whether exercise and a healthy diet influence height while the epiphesial discs are open, but my opinion has always been it can't hurt. Eat right and stay active and watch out for fantastic claims or cures. Remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Also do some research into how your body actually grows from Web-MD or some other reliable source. That should give more answers to any questions you may have.

Girls grow earlier than boys. Since I dont konw your gender, you might stop growing between 16 to 18 as a girl and guys stop growing between 18-21. Milk and stuff like that only makes your bones strong as you grow. You can have stunted growth without the Milk but you are genetically determined to be a certain height.

Eating extra milk and cheese won't help you grow taller, calcium does help keep your bones strong though. Just eat a well balanced diet. There isn't anything you do to make your body grow taller, although a poor diet might stunt your growth when you're very young.

Since I don't know if you are male or female, this question is difficult to answer. If you're female and you've already started menstruating, your big growth spurt is probably done. Males usually start their growth spurt around 13, but it can vary.

There is nothing that can make you grow. Good nutrition only helps you reach your maximum potential. Your DNA is what it is.

You may be done growing - you can't MAKE yourself grow. Then again, you may hit another growth spurt before you're completely done growing. I'm 26 and you're taller than me!! :) It's actually fun to be short -- I know that's not what you want to hear, but it adds to the "cuteness" factor, and guys notice short girls! :) One easy way to make yourself look taller and thinner, which is probably what you're going for is wear vertical stripes, and MOST importantly sit up straight.

The trick to being tall is to pick your parents very carefully -- the taller the better.

firstly, cheese and milk will NOT make you grow taller.
secondly, you're going to be short so get used to it.
