How long does it take to get from South San Jose (Blossom Hill) to Pleasanton in the morning (7 or 8am)?

I'm starting a new job tomorrow and don't want to be late, but I've never driven in San Jose morning traffic before. I have no idea how long it will take to get there. I will be taking the 87N to the 280S to the 680N in order to get to Pleasanton, and I need to be there by 9:00am.

if you really don't want to be late on your first day then, leave at 7:30 a.m. just to play it safe but I think on the average 8:00 would work....better safe than sry....good luck..hope you like your new job!
