You can buy books with hair designs. Go to Barnes and Noble, they have a lot of varieties to choose from.

I know that Scuncii used to make a hair holder that was designed to help you french braid hair. It included directions. It would hold the hair in different sections and you would simply move the hair from section to section. It was easier to use if you had another person. I think I successfully french braided my hair a few times using it.

JUST GET A BOOK WITH INSTRUCTIONS.THEY DO HAVE INSTRUMENTS,BUT ALL IT TAKES REALLY IS PRATICE AND YOU DON'T NEED ANY KIND OF KIT. GO VISIT A SCHOOL OF BEAUTY AND ASK TO WATCH SOMEONE BRAID. ALSO I'M SURE THE LIBRARY HAD A VIDEO
