We all lie. Daily. We keep things quiet to not hurt others. At least 100 times a day we have thoughts we keep hidden from others, just because we think it might offend them or hurt them.

I will never tell the mother that her new-born baby looks like a melted E.T. Why would I tell her that? But not telling her if she asks me what her baby looks like, is a lie.

Did Jesus simply offend a lot of people in order to stay without sin?

this is an obvious question that gets brushed aside when asked. In the Qu'ran there are stories where Jesus did some questionable things which might be looked on as sin. These were also written in traditional texts not entered into the canon (i'm a poor speller as was Jesus)or the books now in one binding called the Bible. This whole sinnless existance is not something anyone ought to be hanging their hat on because it is actually not in the scripture. We can bend it that way convincingly but there are other ways to approach those same scriptures. My faith would not be budged if I knew Jesus missed the center of the target when He was young or anytime before being baptized by John.
On the other hand He did most certainly offend people why do you think they nailed Him up there?

I heard He spelled Jesus " yeshua" or something like that.

Firstly, Jesus walked the earth as a living God, incapable of sin, that does not mean however that he did not tick people off who did the wrong thing. An indepth study of the New Testament will show you why this question is redundant. Where children are concerned, He seen them ALL as pure, sinless and beautiful. Which of course they are, regardless of their physical looks or appearance.

Jesus did get angry at times, and those that He was angry with certainly felt His wrath. Does that make Him a sinner? Hardly, because He always spoke the truth.

Given that we are all sinners, it is our challenge to live as best we can within our own limitations. Being deliberately hurtful to someone, achieves nothing. Tact and diplomacy are always the preferred way to go. Jesus came not only to save our sorry souls, but to teach those who would be the teachers in the future. The Bible is a God Breathed, God inspired book. A gift to us to learn from, and to embrace.

Comparing Jesus to yourself is also pointless, as none of us have even the slightest chance of ever becoming close to His perfection. He died on the Cross at Calvary to save those of us who choose to come to Him. He died so that we may reach Heaven and eternity with Him, through His Almighty Grace, not through our works.

Offending people is not necessarily a sin as you will see if you study the Bible. To be deliberately hurtful though is quite another matter. Jesus was gentle of heart, and maybe that is something we can learn from?

Dont be confused, to say the truth is not a sin! Jesus was honest with everyone, he always saw peoples hearts. Like to the Pharisees who known well the scriptures, he told them things like this because he knew what kind of people they were: " When he caught sight of many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to the baptism, he said to them: “YOU offspring of vipers, who has intimated to YOU to flee from the coming wrath? So then produce fruit that befits repentance; and do not presume to say to yourselves, ‘As a father we have Abraham.’ For I say to YOU that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones." (Matt 3:7-9)
There is something called tact, sometimes you dont wana tell the open truth to someone you care about, so u simple gotto be tactful; nicely can change the subject, tell her something positive like wow your baby looks so big! or healthy, I dont know. Theres no need to lie, ever! We all need to become more honest persons. Jesus was a perfect man without sin; "For we have as high priest, not one who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tested in all respects like ourselves, but without sin. Let us, therefore, approach with freeness of speech to the throne of undeserved kindness, that we may obtain mercy and find undeserved kindness for help at the right time." (Heb 4:15,16)

It is possible because Jesus is Gods son and did not think like we do,he was perfect,we are not. I don't think Jesus would ever think any human being looked like a melted E.T.. ,but we do think like that. It's not right, but we do. Hope I make sense. I do not believe Jesus offended anyone. If anyone ever got mad at him,it was their own fault. Jesus is coming soon! God Bless.

Jesus was without sin because HE IS GOD. GOD DOESN'T SIN!!!!! Jesus is 100% divine and came to earth in a 100% pure human body. Duh! The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit all make up God. They are 3 Persons within one God. They are God. God would never and can never sin, thus Jesus would never and can never sin.

If you see an ugly person and tell them that you think they are ugly you aren't sinning by mentioning this. You are sinning by making such a personal judgement. If you choose not to say anything and keep it to yourself, you are not sinning. You are choosing wisely so you don't offend and/or hurt that person. Keeping your mouth shut is only a sin when you don't tell authorities that a neighbor was raped, or you know who robbed the store or you saw someone hit a car and drive away.

The divine nature of God systematically excludes the possibility that he could sin.

Since God makes the rules, but is not bound by them, sin is not possible.

And since God is capable of causing things to be, simply by speaking them into existence, whatever he says is automatically true.

i have not in any respect heard of the "good man or woman's try" yet you're suited in conserving that in accordance to the Bible you fall short of God's glory, as does each man or woman who lives on the earth. it style of feels so no longer conceivable that Jesus lived right here on the earth devoid of sin, in spite of the indisputable fact that the Bible says he did, and that i have self belief the Bible. i do not realize each little thing in it, yet I have self belief that we were no longer created to appreciate each component of God's plan---in the different case we will be God---no prefer to have self belief, have self belief or any of it. i'm mistrustful of a few thing that purports to be a "Christian good man or woman's " try---- i don't have self belief there is such someone. because the fall in Genesis we were a sinful human beings living in a sinful international. i don't have self belief that God loves mom Teresa *better* than he loves Jeffrey Dahmer (if in reality his conversion became authentic---no longer for us to assert.) Your very last question is a good one, yet if you're speaking about the Bible being "the e book with regulations no you'll thoroughly stay as a lot as", you're lacking the purpose thoroughly---it really is God's written revelation to us to inform us better about who he's, and larger about who we are. the reason Jesus had to come back is because none human beings might want to "stay as a lot as" God's regulations. i stumble on it exciting that human beings that extremely regularly criticize or misunderstand the Bible are the folk who've not in any respect easily study it---they have only research it, heard about it, determined they did not like it, and bypass about spreading their gospel of dissent and contempt. in reality, i imagine i will invite a question about that.

He was without sin. The Bible records that His conversations were centered on God, His relationship to and with God, and our relationship to Him/Them and each other. He didn't even want to be drawn into the function of His friend's wedding... I doubt He was critiquing His friend's children or anything else. If He did, I'm putting all my faith in the fact that He was without sin. Also, the Bible says He was tempted in all the ways that we are, but He overcame temptations and was without sin.

they say that the truth hurts. but the truth will set you free. jesus did never lie. that was also the reason why some people became very angry at him. one example was jesus telling He was the son of God, He did not lie but He offended many people. but it was not jesus' fault, it was the people's fault. just like one here, says that jesus never existed.
