I think how you feel right now is very responsible and very real and extremely normal. However, you cannot kill him unless you want your life to be really awful... I don't know about the heaven thing... I don't know how religions work for that stuff... but think about the rest of your family you would be hurting if you really DID kill him and were put in jail for life, or death penalty for that matter. and maybe this is not a serious question...

PS... how old are you cause i just read your question about politics and i have to say, the person you chose as your best answer LIED about republicans... obviously he is a democrat

Well, not heaven, but Valhalla or the Summerland, sure!

But, if you really get the opportunity, you should make sure that you don't muff it, have you ever killed an animal? Start with a chicken, and see how you feel afterwards. Still motivated? Then it's time for a 300 lb boar, go to an SCA event and buy a real sword or spear. If you survive and the SPCA doesn't have you locked up, it's time to consider something else...what's your plan? If you get caught, how will your little brother feel for causing you to have been killed or put away for life by the state?

Perhaps it would be better for everyone involved if you would focus your motivation on using the instruments of the state to ensure that the molester is properly apprehended, labeled, and punished.

But yes, there are a variety of Heathen or Pagan beliefs that encourage personal vengeance on the parts of Warriors.

I wouldn't kill him/her, I would torture them daily. I would make their life hell on earth. I would commit my life to telling every one that knows him/her what a dirty scumbag they are. I would drive them mad, until hopefully, they'd kill them self to get away from me. I am sure you really want to kill them. If it was my daughter or grandson that this had happened to I would totally lose it. But I think you might get into a lot of big trouble if you take the law into your own hands. The law of Heaven is, that we should forgive those who sin against us, otherwise if we don't, the sin is then on our head. Frightening thought isn't it? But there is also a promise somewhere in the Bible (sorry, I don't know where) that if someone hurts a child, it would be better that a millstone was placed around the offenders neck and they be drowned. For such is heaven, those who become as children and humble themselves. Pray about what you can do to get rid of these feelings because I don't think you can help your brother if you are inside a prison for killing the bas ta rd who did this to him. They are sick sons of be atchs and need castrating without anesthetic

I'm a Roman Catholic and I can't say you'll be forgiven right away. Self-defense, defense of a relative or property are some of the mitigating circumstances if you commit a crime against person. There is no intention to commit the act, I would say.

Now, you are planning to take the law into your hands. If you intend to commit an irreversible act, a criminal act for that matter, no law can protect you. You intended it, you pay for it.
This is from the legal point of view.

Since your question is about spirituality & religion, i will say, " to err is human to forgive divine."

Yes. However you might be doing some pen time before you go to heaven. Maybe 10-30yrs. (Considering you published a confession before the fact.)
However I would rally behind a bill to put child molesters in general population for their prison stay.

Actually the original translation of Moses's law wasn't that thou shall not kill, but that thou shall commit no murder. Murder means unlawful killing. To kill in a war, in self defense or whatever the righteous cause is doesn't necessarily mean that it's against God's Law. God would not ask us to keep a law that he himself would not keep. And God has killed numerous times and thousands of people... for justifiable reasons. As to your question about going to Heaven or not if you do... how can any of us decide that you will or won't? That's between you and God.

Listen to VerdeOjos. Your rage is understandable and justified, but if you kill the bas**rd you will probably go to jail, and then how could you be there for you little brother? He will need you now more that ever.

Think about your brother. He needs you there for him how more than he needs that evil person dead.

you might be forgiven(but I doubt it if you know allready that murder is a huge NO NO in the eyes of God since we all were made of his image you are killing his image),..Since yyou have the prior knowledge you must withold yourself from all sort of sin the MORE.
And if you'll kill someone you might be forgiven maybe but your place in heaven will be somwhare not as someone who didn't kill nobody and was righteous!!!
I'll say FORGIVE as GOD Forgave you! Read what the Bible teaches don't be deceived by Satan!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you can be forgiven but only if you are really sorry. The dirty family member is sick and needs help. Killing him is no way for him to suffer for what he did.
