really you should strive for 2lbs a week. You should eat sensible and cut portions down about 1/2 but eat more than just 2 meals a day. 130 lbs and 5ft3in is not huge but not tiny try to enjoy what you are and strive for better. You could lose maybe 10lbs safely in a month but anymore you would be hurting yourself. Good luck.
