No most likely it didn't bother it... Chapstick is mostly some sort of wax usually bee's wax. Wax is completely water resistant so... how could it have hurt it? Plus the plastic tube probably kept out most of the water. Go ahead and use it, I would.

It most likely didn't lose it potency but don't use it. It went through the washer and the dryer- that means detergent, bleach and softner along with water and heat. It doesn't even sound healthy- heat and water are ideal conditions for the growth of bacteria and virus- don't risk infection. Get rid of it.

I wouldn't use it sweety, chemicals from the wash may have ruined it, and could make your lips worse, for the cheap price of chapstick, i'd buy a new one to be safe.

I wouldn't use it. The detergents that you used to clean your laundry could affect the chapstick in the form of residue, and you could be poisoning yourself if you would use it.

You are lucky you didn't dry it and have it melt all over your clothes!
It only costs about a dollar a tube, get another one for goodness sake!!
