I tried using the IF command but it only allows me 8 choices. Am I doing something wrong or does it only allows a certain # of choices. If I can't use the IF command what other formula can I use?

Use the function CHOOSE like this
=choose( A1, "horse", "house", "door", "car", "Bar", "Rar")
You can use until 29 choices here
so if A1 is 1, this cell will show "horse", if A1 is 2, will show "house" and so on

good luck
