How many glasses is too much?

Depends on the cholesteral and how much you are worried about it. It is high calorie so your total intake of other foods need to be considered to prevent weight gain. I would say for a normal adult keep it too apint. For a teeen, keep it to a quart, but there is no science here and no downside othere than weight gain that you need to worry about

I think they are saying that you should at least get 24 Ounces in a day now. I really don't know how many would be to many though, sorry.

Never too much, Milk Does the Body Good!!! believe me it worked for me!!! I like it ice cold and I drink 2% and I never worry about too much! Good Luck

Recommendations

There is no nutritional requirement for dairy products, and there are serious problems that can result from the proteins, sugar, fat, and contaminants in milk products. Therefore, the following recommendations are offered:

1. Breast-feeding is the preferred method of infant feeding. As recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, whole cow's milk should not be given to infants under one year of age. 2. Parents should be alerted to the potential risks to their children from cow's milk use. 3. Cow's milk should not be required or recommended in government guidelines. 4. Government programs, such as school lunch programs and the WIC program, should be consistent with these recommendations.
