I see so many diet pills out on the market these days and wonder if they all work like they say they do then why aren't more people using them..So is there really a diet pill or a weight loss pill that really works?

Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. i hear there is one prescription drug that is supposed to work but i forget the name...some diet pills work as diuretics causing you to lose water(alot of urination)... this is why you see some people lose about 10-50 lbs depending on how big they are in the first 2 weeks and after wards they cannot lose anything and they wonder why of course anything with ephedra works.. however its no longer sold in the us... i hear some people have been able to order it online... i believe it stimulates the release of epinephrine... which is the same thing that makes ur heart beat really fast wen you are scared...so imagine the same feeling only all day... this is not good for the heart and people have actually died from these supplements but many people swear by them

I agree that if there really was a diet pill that worked, you would not be able to purchase it because it would be so expensive. And they would not be able to make it fast enough. Good old exercise and healthy eating is the answer.

I've seen some great results with this shake mixture called "Mind your Body"- I go to Lucille Roberts gym and they carry this line. I don't know if it is available outside of there. I personally haven't tried it but I have seen others that have gotten great results from it. My suggestion- try all the well established methods first(exercise, cutting cals etc), they may take time but they work(btw, I lost my extra wt like this) and keep pills as your absolute last resort. Take pills only when you think your wt is interfering with your daily life like leaving you tired when you've only climbed one flight of stairs or you're finding it hard to bend. But don't use it to just lose like 10 lbs

All of them do if you follow the diet that goes along with the pills.
