emkay so like were close friens "joe" and i lke we always hang out but how do i say what i really feal for him?

Just tell him straight up that u have feelings for him. Be blunt about it, and don't hold back everything u feel for him, but also try n keep some of it it, just make sure it's not the wrong thing u keep in. Just tell him how u feel, im sure he feels a little bit more than what you think.
