Folks are out here cutting up babies, molesting them, smoking crack around them, and beating them into mortal danger...but busybodies are worried about parents who have a few drinks and smoke some weed.

Weed isn't going to do any harm.

No one has ever died from smoking marijuana--it is a proven fact.

Personally, I don't smoke up. I've known several parents who have and still do. I don't really care. I would much rather them do that then crack or heroin.

Another thing--I don't think it should be illegal. More people die from alcohol and cigarettes everyday. In Germany, where I grew up, yes it was illegal but most cops even smoked from time to time--it wasn't a big deal.

I would much rather see a ban on cigarettes--that are actually addictive--then a stupid drug that isn't that bad.

Ya no kiddin, we need to quit maufacturing the drug sudafed and any brands that have it in them to get rid of meth. Meth is what parents are on half 90% of the time when kids are neglected now a days. Poor kids. But one thing though alcohol does cause abuse. My husband was abused by an alcoholic father. He was beat many times, and alot of times his dads alcohol was more important than groceries for the family which is sad.

You're right AA is for alcoholics, NA is for you, get help and stop spreading addiction and yes pot is addictive. If you need alcohol or pot then you have a problem...try going natural and see how much patience and how cool you are, get help with dealing with life without a substance.
