I may know of someone who can help you. You will need to try to contact me and we can discuss this more privately. This was probably not the best venue for this, as you will get a lot of rude responses. The general public is still very uneducated about surrogacy. Try to leave some form of contact info, like an email address that you can cancel out after we exchange information. You can set up a hotmail or gmail account in minutes, and then delete it.

If you're that flush with cash, why don't you take out a few private ads. Yahoo! Answers has some fine people I'm sure but it seems like there might be a better place to cast the net.
Your insistence that no money is for the surrogate is baffling. No one "gets rich" being a surrogate but they deserve to be paid for a year of their time and the wear and tear on their body. I'm sure if you think about it you'd want the same if you were in their place, unless of course you were carrying for a good friend or family member.

I dont mean to be rude but you obviously dont realize how hard being pregnant is. I mean i understand the get rich scam is no good but comeon be nice. I have two beautiful healthy children and know that the last 2 months working is sometimes impossible. Are you willing to pay the womans bills or at least help if she gets put on bedrest in the 2nd trimester? thats 6 months of rent utilities and food not to mention doctors bills and such. If you want to talk about your ideas on things i might be a willing womb. I dont want money i just want to make sure that things would be covered in case of an emegency. feel free to contact me. I also know an agency that has many wonderful women who would be thrilled to help you out. let me know.

Have you tried looking elsewhere? I sort of think this isn't the best place. Who knows though. I was just wondering if it is hard to find. Or how much a person pays for this. Maybe one of your family members would do it. I would do it for a family member if I was their only chance. It is awful that some people can't have their own babies. I am lucky that I can. Although I ABSOLUTELY hate being pregnant, so I could never do it for a stranger. ( I am now 11 weeks pregnant) Good luck anyway, I hope things work out for you.

Why don't you just save your self the heartache of not getting a child again and just adopt a child.
Women who rent thier wombs are sickos who need help repecting thier bodies and thier DNA. Same thing for IVF it is such a scam. No one knows what really goes on behind thouse labatory doors. I know you want your own kid but be realisitic here. Adoption is the best choice you have here.
I would also for you and your husband look into accepting the fact that maybe you just can't have children I know Painful but ya know you got a brite side to this. All of that unprotected sex!

Not trying to be negative, but why NOT "rent a womb". You would pay a babysitter. Think of it as an extreme form of babysitting. I am kind of appalled that you would expect a stranger to do such and extreme thing for you out of the goodness of their heart. It strikes me a rather egocentric to expect that. I wish you good luck in your search though.

hey, i've got no problem with womb renting if the owner of the womb doesn't. i don't think it's any different than asking someone to hold your baby for you while you tie your shoe. except they have to hold it for nine months, of course.

Talk to your doc, maybe he can recommend somewhere to find surrogate mothers in your area. Good Luck!
