Are there any 21-25 year old females in NYC that don't like to drink, bars, and nighclubs? Do they even exist?

I am 23, live and work in NYC... but I am always bored out of my mind. It seems like the only thing that 20 somethings in the city do is go to bars and nightclubs. I don't drink, and I find the bar/nightclub scene to be rather obnoxious and boring... yet.. there seems to be nothing else to do where I can meet women my age. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't live in New York, but I have the same problem. I have found that taking classes seems to help. There is usually at least one person per class who shares enough interest to start a friendship. Once you have several friendships with women, one may turn into more, or you may meet someone through one of those friendships who is romantically compatible. Just keep in mind that it is before and after the class that you will really get to know people.

The other suggestion I have been given is to become a regular at a bookshop, a coffeeshop or something similar that is geared toward one or more of your interests. I haven't been able to try this one yet, but it makes sense, as you will be in a position to interact with other "regulars" and therefor you can assume that they have at least one thing in common.

If you are religious, a church group may work.

Pretty much, find where people of similar interests congregate and go there.

If you want to get laid, you are going to have to go to bars and nightclubs.

Women your age who do not go to bars and nightclubs stay at home, and you very well can not go to their homes.

Try yoga classes. I hear they're the best places to meet women.

Laundromats are also good places.
