You're looking at 5 years max and community service time. Thats if it is a larger size. If you had intent to distribute then the term might be longer but in this case you might just get off with 3 years probation and some community service. Most misdemeanors get off with just probation with 3 or 5 years max. If it was a felony then you're looking at some hard jail time in county prison with maybe like 8-10 years.

Well it's a felony so it is kind of serious but you won't see any jail time besides you posting bond once being booked as long as you cooperate within court. However, they can get you on other alternative punishments such as fines or drug court which are very annoying and easy to violate your probation.
