are you asking whether an egg is fattening?
...boiling an agg has no effect on the fat content of an egg
... the majority of the fat in an egg is in the yolk
... the white of an egg is high in protein and in high end protein powders is used an ingredient
... go ahead and enjoy your hard boiled egg, its overall nutritional value overrides your concern about its fat content

A healthy breakfast.. both white egg and egg yolk are rich in protein.. egg white has 0% of fat but egg yolk has good edible amount of fat ( no harm there).. But,if u're following super strict diet, then just discard the egg yolk.. Lettuce and tomatoes are fine,..

Nope. Plain toast, no butter, has about 1 gram of fat. The hard-boiled egg has 3-4 grams of fat. Lettuce and tomato have zero. That's only 5 grams of fat, tops. It's one-eighth of what you need in a day.

no, it's the yolk. that part can give you cholestral. and no, hardboiled eggs are just as fattening as all the other ways ppl eat their eggs. one large egg has 70 calories. the egg white is actually much heathier and has less calories than the yolk.
