I know this is easier said than done, but it is not your weight that matters. It is your overall body fat index. Since muscle weighs more than fat, if you are very athletic you can weigh a tremendous ammount more than your peers who are not athletic. I am 5 foot 7 and when I played soccer at a competition level I weighed 147lbs, but had a VERY low body fat index. Another thing, at 15 your body is changing so much, don't worry about what you see on TV, just exercise, eat right and enjoy your lovely body.

it depends on the person you can be 5 5 and 120 and have 25% body fat or 5 5 120 and 5% body fat so you cant really say just by those two numbers due to different body types

No. If anything, that sounds a little underweight. That said, toss the scale and go on how you feel and how your clothes fit you. Do you feel strong and healthy? Do your clothes fit you nicely?

If you answered yes to these questions, then don't worry about it! If you answered no to one or both questions, then add some physical activity into your daily life and cut out some of the sweets.

But whatever you do, DON'T DIET! You're only 15; dieting can seriously stunt your growth.

Hi Bear, You didn't say,if you are a man or woman!! If you are a woman, you really need to gain 10lbs.more.If you were 5'3" tall, then i would say, that's a great weight. If your a guy i would say,you need to gain 15lbs.more.At 5'5" you should weigh 135lbs.Which ever one you are, both need to gain some weight. This is based on the average weight, for male and female.

If you're a girl, you could gain about 5 lbs and still be thin. If you're a guy, you could gain about 10-15.

No, it's not too much. You have a BMI of 20, which is considered ideal by most standards. HTH : )
